One of my main interests is about Teaching and Learning (T+L) innovation.
Education nowadays must change and adapt to new/current society needs, and this means our commitment not only about the way we teach, but also about the way the students learn. New models of teaching and assessment, together with outcomes-based adapted curricula are just one way to drive this change.

Watch here how my teaching is considered according to the survey that the students have to fill out every year. The survey asks for different aspects that the students need to value between 0 and 10 (máximum value). The graph shows the median value for every academic year (personal average), compared to the media value of my department (dept average).
At UPV, we are working on a new model about T+L, deploying competences-based curricula via learning outcomes, using educational technologies and monitoring the progress of our students, as a feedback to the model.
I collaborate with some universities and accreditation agencies about T+L improvement, but my main collaboration is with InnovaHiEd, a network of experts that offer capacity building, consulting and mentoring to STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) and related disciplines’ educators and leaders.
InnovaHiEd is affiliated with the International Federation of Engineering Education Societies (IFEES) to provide consultancy and training to HEIs and individuals. In this context, I'm participating as a lecturer in the IGIP International Engineering Educator Certification, a program that provides educators in engineering, technology and related disciplines training focused on obtaining the prestigious IGIP International Engineering Education Certification, Ing.Paed.IGIP.
